Music Guest – Jim Benton-Evans

Priest, Pilgrim, Honest Man, husband, father, synth and uke player (rarely simultaneously).

We’re delighted to feature music this month from Jim Benton-Evans and to let you know that he’ll be playing live on stage with us in October for a special recording of the smallVOICE podcast – more details below!

Before that we have this: the very wonderful ‘Old Episcopalian Blues’ which Jim played in the studio for us in Sept 2017 (listen at around 28’22 minutes in to the podcast); and ‘Restless’, a great track from Jim’s CD ‘What Is It That We Are Part Of, What Is It That We Are’, and you can hear that at 43’02 minutes.

Announcement:
Ta-da! On Thursday 31 October at 7pm, we’ll be recording, as live, a full edition of the smallVOICE podcast at the Wild Olive Tree Cafe in Glasgow with live music, and (it says here) audience participation. Put it in your diaries! Jim Benton-Evans will be providing the music for this event.
