small voice of the month – The Worldwide Santas Christmas Eve Jingle

Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way… From New Zealand to Canada and North America, our small voice of the month for December 2020 is the Worldwide Santas Christmas Eve Jingle. This initiative – which has started small and local, but grown bigger and international – aims to fill the streets with the sound of bells, on the doorsteps and from the churches, at 6pm wherever you are, and it’s not too late to join in. Set up by Lauren Sinclair and Terri Niven in Central Scotland, it’s become a global movement in a few short weeks, sharing Christmas trees, stories and love along the way.
Listen to Margaret’s interview with Lauren Sinclair at around 40’26 minutes in to December’s podcast. As we say in the podcast, the interview was recorded during a bit of a hooley (strong winds in Scotland, surely not?) so apologies for the poor sound quality.
